Sarah believes the best homes are the ones that feel like the people who live in them. Drawn to classic architecture, old houses, and thoughtful renovations, she loves creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.

Her work blends traditional and modern elements, mixing vintage finds with new pieces to create homes that feel layered, collected, and lived in. Whether collaborating on a renovation, designing custom millwork, or sourcing the finishing touches, Sarah's goal is always the same: to create timeless spaces that reflect the families who call them home.

Based in Toronto, Sarah lives with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. Through Sarah Birnie Interiors, she works on projects throughout Ontario, the United States, and beyond.
